Excursion tour for New Year, to Austria, to Hungary : New Year in Budapest

We leave in the morning of December 29, enjoy the views of Germany, participate in fun contests, listen to interesting stories. We will spend the night in Bratislava.

December 30: In the morning, depart for a tour of Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. We will see Bratislava Castle, the Gothic Archbishop's Palace, Saroj Town Hall and much more. After sampling traditional Slovak cuisine, we depart for Budapest. On a big sightseeing tour the beautiful Budapest will be opened in all its splendor: monuments of Pest, Buda, islands, bridges, Parliament, Heroes' Square - the list is endless! In the evening we settle in a cozy hotel for two nights.

December 31: A fascinating journey through the valley of the beautiful Danube River awaits us. We will visit Esztergom, the most important cultural and religious center of the country. We will see the grandiose St. Adalbert's Palace, the Royal Palace, Széchenyi Square… We will walk around the ancient Hungarian capital Vysehrad, which is called "earthly paradise": a perfectly preserved medieval old town with narrow streets, picturesque houses and majestic churches. We will admire the city of St. Andrew Centendre: the main place in the country where artists, poets and musicians live. Return to the hotel and get ready to welcome the New Year. Fine cuisine and a real festive atmosphere await us on New Year's Eve!

The menu of the festive buffet includes: a variety of vegetable and meat cuts, baked vegetables and grilled vegetables, fresh pastries, desserts and fruits; a large selection of salads with various sauces, European and oriental appetizers and pâtés, hot soups, as well as Hungarian cheeses. There will be a choice of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes as main courses. (The cost of the New Year's Eve party is 150€. Payment is required, prior to the start of the tour.)

January 2: In the morning, stroll through romantic Salzburg, where the Middle Ages, Renaissance, Baroque and Classicism are closely intertwined. Residence Square, St. Peter's Monastery, Mozart's house, the Salzach promenade, Mirabel Palace - the city's treasures are inexhaustible. A city you want to stay in, but it's time for the return trip. Late in the evening we are home.
